How can we help?

Answers to the common questions, and a way to reach us when you're stuck.

Email & sign-in

I never received the verification or password reset email.

Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails often end up there. Wait a few minutes, then request it again from the sign-in page. Make sure you typed your address correctly. If it still doesn't arrive, your email provider may be filtering messages from us; contact us and we'll look into it. Request an email again →

I forgot my password.

Use the password reset link on the sign-in page. We'll email you a link to set a new one. The link expires after a while — if it does, just request a fresh one. Reset your password →

I'm locked out of my account.

Reset your password if you can. If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, contact us from a different address and include the username and any details that can help us verify you.

Safety & moderation

Someone is harassing or impersonating me.

Block the account right away from their profile, then report them. For impersonation, scams, or threats, contact us directly with screenshots and links — these are handled with priority. Read the Community Guidelines →

I found content that breaks the rules.

Report it through the app or contact us with a link to the message or server. Reports are reviewed by humans.

Servers & communities

How do I get my server listed on Discover?

Open your server settings, find the Discover section, and submit it for review. Listing is free. Servers are checked before they appear. Go to Discover →

An invite link doesn't work.

Invites can be revoked or expired — ask whoever sent it for a fresh one. If a public invite consistently fails, contact us with the link.

How do I moderate my server?

Server settings include roles, permissions, automod, and audit logs. Start by giving moderators only the permissions they need.

Bugs & feedback

I found a bug.

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and how to reproduce it — browser and OS help too. The more detail, the faster it gets fixed.

I have a feature idea.

We read everything. Send it over — include why it would help you and your communities.

Still stuck?

If none of the above solved it, email us. Include your username, the email address on your account if relevant, and what you were trying to do when things went wrong — it saves us a round trip.
